About Panshi
Why should the sea
belong only to the
wealthy?
Our Story
A different question,
answered honestly
- Kuakata is growing fast — the Padma Bridge, Payra Sea Port, and the south's new infrastructure bring more visitors every year. Quality hotels are scarce, and corporate groups are buying up the opportunity.
- Panshi asked a different question: why shouldn't a middle-income family own a hotel by the sea? So we set out to build a premium resort whose ownership belongs to people of every level — through shares, with pride.
- Behind it stands a sponsor who has already turned one such dream into reality: nearly 150 flats delivered in Dhaka through the "Nijer Bari Nije Gori" initiative.
Our Vision
A shared coast
A Kuakata where resort ownership is shared by ordinary families — where hard work, talent, and honesty can change a family's fortune.
Our Mission
Value to every owner
To build a five-star standard hotel and resort in the Kuakata Parjatan Zone, owned by shareholders from all walks of life, operated on fully halal principles, and delivering value to its owners as per terms and conditions.
The Panshi Experience
